Salon Etiquette

Check In

Please arrive 15 minutes prior or on time for your appointment.  This will allow you to fully enjoy your service.  If you arrive 15 minutes PAST your appointment time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled or shortened so that we are able to accommodate our next guest appointment.

We ask for you to schedule your next appointment BEFORE you leave so we can accommodate your desired time.  You will receive confirmations via text.

Cancellations

If you ‘no show’ for your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be returned and 100% of your services booked will be charged.  No show appointments would also be required to pay a deposit of 100% of services if trying to reschedule for a future appointment.

All new clients will be required to pay a deposit of 25% when booking an appointment.

Special Needs and Medical Condition

Your comfort and well-being is very important to us. Prior to your service please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions you may have, such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Speaking to our stylists will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

Salon Promotions and Specials

All salon promotions and specials cannot be combined with other salon offers.

Gratuity

Gratuity isn’t always expected, but it’s greatly appreciated in acknowledgement of our team’s outstanding service.

Hair Products

Products which are purchased from our salon, but are not working for you, can be returned within 10 business days to exchange for another item.
